3. Bookings & Deposits
- A signed service agreement and deposit are required to secure your wedding date
- Deposit amounts vary by package and are specified in the service agreement
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement
- Payment schedules and methods are outlined in the service agreement
- Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected]
- Cancellation fees depend on the timing relative to the wedding date: - More than 6 months before: deposit forfeited - 3-6 months before: 50% of total fee - Less than 3 months before: 100% of total fee
- Third-party vendor cancellation fees are the client's responsibility

- We act as planners and coordinators, not as principals for third-party vendors
- We are not liable for vendor performance failures, though we will assist in resolving issues
